Humane Society of Waupaca County
- took in 17 cats/kittens, dozens of hamsters, and a gerbil. The cockatiels
have been transferred to the Roseberry Bird Rescue. The cats, with the exception
of one in foster care, are all adopted. More hamsters were taken from the home
after some of the family members were convicted, so there are now over 20 hamsters
in urgent need of homes.
Baraboo Guinea Pig Rescue
- Handled the adoptions of all the guinea pigs. There are only a few of the
Royalton guinea pigs left.
Available animals can be seen on the Pet List on the Pet
Adoption Page. If you are interested in adopting, please contact the organization
listed on the Petfinder ad you'll see on the Pet Adoption Page. Remember- ALL
of those animals need homes- where they came from isn't that important!
